stuff and stuff
9:41 pm - August 08, 2003

well there are 4 weekends left in the summer. one has already started. it's sad, but at the same time I'm sort of looking forward to starting a new year of school, and getting home to friends and family. but i did all that crap last entry and yeah that's not what this one is about.

so the weekends..

this weekend we were going to go to vancouver, but then i realized that i'd miscounted the number of weekends left and so i think we're going to go next weekend. i want to spend some time in the city and we were thinking about checking out the art gallery, which i think we'd both enjoy.

so this weekend is a floater. we might go to parksville for the sand castle competition, the things people make out of sand is quite astonishing..

the weekend after next, or weekend three, will probably be spent in victoria. we were thinking about going to Butchart Gardens and staying for the fireworks they have every saturday, and then taking a much delayed trip over to sooke to explore a little.

the last weekend will be spent in vancouver again. radiohead is playing and we have tickets. i fly away on sunday and then summer is over.

but ian and i have a place now (with character!) and so i will be busy come september 1st moving and the like, so it really should be a busy couple of days.. weeks even. and between it all is work..

ahh work.. painting is starting to get to me. tim has gotten to me, and i have a pile of yearbok stuff that i really should get moving on, not to mention i really want to find a second job for when school starts or else i may not be able to pay my rent regularly. so this is where i stand.

i got all my courses i wanted, 4 a term with a night class both terms:
