it seems like this has turned into an endless stream of promises to update that never get fulfilled except with more promises for content, so i'm going to stop lying, stop making sweeping claims.

today i was sitting at work looking out the window and it was snowing big fluffy snow flakes. the ones closest to the window were obviously falling, but the ones further away were moving up and side to side in every direction. it was lovely. late i was sitting in the library reading journal articles on education and social capital while i waited for the microfilm reader/scanner to be free and the snow was still falling. the library has these bg windows that face out on to the open area in front of the student centre and a row of chairs in front of the window on each floor. i was on the 3rd, which is strange for me, i like the forth better, but like i said, i was waiting for the scanner and it's on ther third, so there i was. people look a lot smaller from the forth floor than they do from the third, and i wish i had my video camera with me.

today i hurt someone i cared about and was to stubborn to apologize when it still could have made a difference, and hopefully i've learned my lesson.
